The Cuomo administration has released a confidential e-mail from a reporter to 10 of his competitors about a request for information.
The reporter, Fred Dicker of the New York Post, called it ``highly unprofessional'' and shocking. The Cuomo administration released the e-mail from Dicker on Monday as well as a spokesman's response about another high-level executive leaving the administration. Dicker had noted in his initial e-mail inquiry on Friday that he was working on a competitive story and said his request was confidential. Dicker's column appeared in Monday's Post and criticized the Cuomo aide, Joshua Vlasto, as ``untrustworthy.'' Hours later, Vlasto, who is Cuomo's chief of staff, released the e-mail.
