The White House has confirmed that President Obama will visit Syracuse next week and that Henninger High School will be the location for his visit.
The White House says the President will visit Syracuse on Thursday as part of a two state bus tour to push his economic agenda and talk about his education plans.
This will mark the President's first visit to Syracuse.
His plans though that day haven't been released concerning the time of day of his appearance at Henninger or how staff and students at the school might be able to attend a speech that the president plans to deliver.
The Syracuse School District hasn't commented either on Obama's visit.
The President will spend next Thursday and Friday on a bus tour of Pennsylvania and upstate New York. The President also plans to make stops at SUNY Binghamton and the State University at Buffalo.
